BOOKING
1.Sign up and go to our 'book here' page under 'appointments and bookings'.
2.Select the service you want and time slots available will pop up,click on one that will work for you and book.
3.50% deposit will be required to keep your slot open to you and balance will be paid off on the day of service.Please take note that there will be 10% penalty fee if you are more than 15 minutes for your appointment. Banking details will be sent to you via an email,make sure to add your name and surname on the recipient's reference .
4.Another confirmation email will then be sent to you once payment has reflected or as soon as proof of payment is sent to us at steponluxury@gmail.com
ORDERING
1.Sign up and go to our 'book here' page under 'price list'.
2.Choose the type of nails you want (shape,size and design) and or send us a picture via WhatsApp or through our email for discussion. Check our 'contact us' page for details
3.We will then send you our account details with the amount due to pay before we start working on your order.
4.Send us a WhatsApp or email us letting us know what you need from our 'ready to ship' category and we will have your products dispatched as soon as payment reflects or proof of payment is sent to us.

ORDER VIEWING
You can contact us directly on WhatsApp or send us an email to find out how far with your order. You will also receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(if applicable) once your order is shipped.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Orders over R1000 are shipped for free via PAXI or Aramex, you choose what works for you. We deliver nation wide but delivery time is based on location and courier service chosen. Orders are packed & shipped Mondays - Fridays only.Ready to ship orders are shipped within 24-48 Hrs of payment clearing. This is not applicable to a custom nail set. We only begin working on a set once we have received payment, please allow between 2-7 business days to have your set shipped. Orders placed on weekends or and on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We also have a pick up option for those that are able to.
RETURN POLICY
This policy forms part of Steponluxury Terms and Conditions. Our first impression to you with our products is very much important to us,that is why we aim to please always. Now, should you not be completely satisfied with our products for whatever the case may be ,you can return the product(s) to us and we will either repair,replace or refund you with amount you bought the item with but this is not applicable on a press on nails as they are personalised and due to hygiene purposes too.
1.UNWANTED PRODUCTS
You can return unwanted product(s), provided:-
It is your responsibility to return the product(s) to us and return shipping charges will be on you. (Please note,returned must be couriered back to our physical address) 'contact us' for details.
We can collect product(s) via our courier if you pay the stipulated return shipping fee directly to us.Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of parcel that is not properly packaged for transportation.
Once we have received and inspected the product and are satisfied it is in good shape as initially dispatched, we will refund you with your purchase price of product within 7 working days.
We are entitled to refuse a refund if the unwanted product(s) are damaged,not in a resalable condition or missing any accessories.Unwanted products will not be refunded if notification is not received within 7 days of delivery/collection.
2.NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product(s) to you or if the product(s) is not as described on the website or missing any accessories ,please notify us and we will collect the product(s) from you at ZERO costs. Once we have inspected the product(s) and validated your return, we will, at your choice, either deliver the correct product as soon as possible ( if correct product is available) or credit your account within 3 days of return.
3.Product not eligible for returns. The following products are not eligible for a refund,exchange or credit.
4.PRODUCTS DAMAGED ON DELIVERY
Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery/collection , please notify us of such delivery/collection within 7 days of transaction. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product & validated return, we will repair/replace the product as soon as possible (If repair/ replacement is possible) or we will refund you.
Refunds are normally handled within 4-7 working days of logging the returned product. Repairs/ replacements could take longer,depending on parts/ replacement product availability.
5.DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristics of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one product would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are in excellent condition & without defects.
The following will not be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section :-
6.CHARGES
If you return a defective product to us,but you fail to return all the accessories that were sold with that product ,we are entitled ( Subject to applicable law) to refuse the return,or estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to refund you in respect of the of the of the returned item, if the cost can be split. If we collected the item at our cost ,we will be entitled to reclaim the cost of the collectio
