We deliver our parcels to you using PAXI and Aramex .
PAXI
This is a store to store delivery method where by you can receive your parcel from any participating pep store,pep cell or pep home. In order for us to send you the parcel we will need you to forward us the store code of your receiving point from as low as R60 for a PAXI bag. Delivery takes 3-7 business days, and for deliveries to outlaying or rural areas it can take between 7-10 business days.
We will send you confirmation once we have sent out the parcel and an OPT pin once the parcel has arrived at your pick up point,please ensure to bring you identification with.
NOTE: Should you not be available to collect your parcel 14 days after an OPT pin was sent to you ,PAXI will return the parcel back the original site (where we sent it out from) and PAXI will need to be reimbursed for the return costs which will mean you will either forfeit your parcel or you will need to reimburse step on luxury with the same amount we paid to PAXI plus another delivery amount to get back your parcel.
Aramex
This is a store to door delivery,meaning I go to drop your parcel(s) at a participating store and they make sure it is delivered at your door. For this method we are going to need your full name,address and cellphone number at a low cost of only R100. Delivery take 1-3 business days for main areas and 3-5 business days on outlaying areas.You can track your parcel at www,aramex.co.za using your waybill number that will be provided to you.
Please take note that delivery fee will be added to your package amount depending on the delivery method you chose to use.
